All purchases made through our Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, courses, downloadable content), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
